Sunday Cinema Club
For 16 and a half years, the Cinema Club has brought sneak previews and engaging discussions to the Greater New Haven area. The very first screening was of TWO FAMILY HOUSE in October 2000 at the Madison Art Cinemas. The Madison Art’s Arnold Gorlick greets members at every show with Cohen’s bagels, local fresh-baked scones, croissants, muffins, cluster cookies, home-baked biscotti, Essse Italian coffees, Connecticut’s own Harney & Sons tea and, of course, his warm, welcoming smile. Today, we continue to meet for two seasons out of the year (winter/spring and fall) at the Madison Art Cinemas for stimulating films and discussions -- all moderated by Yale Professors John MacKay or Michael Kerbel. Join today to become part of Greater New Haven’s rich film history!
